Association is a relationship with someone or organizations. It is important to remember that the individuals we associate with and the organizations we join also tell something about ourselves.

I was raised in Los Angeles, California, many people “name drop”, they say they know people they may not know and they use peoples names to get things that puts the other person in the position to find out more about them.

As Professionals, individuals have letters of reference, resumes, and vitas. These documents show professional experience, work experience, and educational classes.

Organizations and personal associations also are important in career development.
