Definition of  the Longitudinal Research Study Terms:

  1. Capitalism– is from the mid-19th Century during the Industrial Revolution. Capitalism is a socioeconomic system in which trade, industry, and the means of production is predominantly privately or individually owned and operated for profit. Not Government run and does include and allow charity. This implies that private ownership leads to profit for the owner. The word Capitalism is commonly used as a term for the United States of America’s “Socio-economic Social Class System”. As a result of importing and exporting goods and services, forms of capitalism exist in every country. In Great Britain it is considered the Socialist Party. True Capitalism is uncontrolled unregulated laissez-faire (freedom) and separation of state and economics.
  2. Capacity to Direct (Commonly Used Terms for Power)– 1. Super Power & Hegemon has Great Power+Mobility of Power, the term first applied to the British Empire, the United States, and the Soviet Union. 2. Great Power has strong political cultural and economic influence globally.  3. Regional Power exercises influence culturally and politically within the Region. 4. Middle Power is a second tier influence.
  3. Communism is from Latin “communist” meaning common, universal. Communism is the absence of social classes money and the state; as well as a social political and economic ideology and movement that aims to establish this social order. Communism is a socioeconomic system structured on common ownership of the means of production.
  4. Drug Abuser– And individual that uses substances that alter the mental, physical, and/or physiological processes in excess.
  5. Drug Addict- The individuals physical and/or physiological body processes are dependent upon a substance, wether chemical or natural.
  6. Drug Users- An individual that acquires street drugs as medical use (self-medicating behavior verses a legal Doctor medicating behavior). This is usually a taught behavior from the first need of medical care.
  7. Free Trade– The unrestricted purchase and sale of goods and services between countries without the imposition of constraints such as tariffs, duties, and quotas.
  8. Hard Power– a “hard power” has: 1. the ability to threaten, 2. Armed Forces, 3. the ability to apply Economic pressure or sanctions, 4. the ability to assassinate, and 5. other forms of intimidation.
  9. Hegemon (Hegemony)– is the political, economic, or military predominance or control of one state over others. The dominant state is known as the hegemon.

  11. Joined Group- The social group of members or individuals that are associated with one another, based on a “Group Level” view, with similarities and minimized differences. The “Group Level” similarities and differences list include:
    1. Race
    2. Sexual Orientation

  17. Phoenix Program (Vietamese-CChien dich Phung Hoang)– A Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) technique used during the Vietnam War to capture, convert, and kill the enemy through infiltration of the Viet Cong to neutralize capture, terrorism, torture, and assassination. As used in the United States of America today, this concept, mostly with drug use, the capture is a societal caste placed in a “hold group” forced to Government assistance that restricts ownership and citizen rights. Convert includes reduction of Legacy and Parent Caste rights that increases chances of family and parent rejection, loss of family and parent support, and loss of Legacy rights from heredity, due to differing values learned in the “societal caste hold” taking on values of a non-related group, which increases chances of an earlier death.

A socialist economy is based on human needs, production for use and objects are valued by your use-value. Unlike capitalism, which is principle of production is for profit and accumulation of capital.

The United States of America’s Elementary, Middle School, and High School systems are free and this implies equal opportunity for employment and higher education. This socioeconomic social class system of the United States of America are the Upper Class, Middle Class, and Lower Class with their own subdivisions.
    • The Upper Class- ownership, politics, and enhanced family life. Where taxes are set, it appears that per dollar, the Upper Class pays less taxes. The Upper Class is about 20% of the population.
    • The Middle Class is the largest socioeconomic class in the United States of America, about 60%. The Middle Class is more likely to have a single family dwelling and carries most of the tax dollars for the country.

  5. Many socialist exclude lower social classes from activities and marriages.
  6. The Societal Caste group may influence judgement, but does not provide the same support as the Legacy Caste.
  7. That each state has differing values for a Societal Caste, Parent Caste, Race Caste, and Legacy.
  8. OPEC,  Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries is a financial organization and not considered a soft or hard Power.
  9. Communist countries are more likely to be investigated for Human Rights violations (peace time) and/or International Humanitarian Law violations (war-time).

  14. When emphasizing welfare and Government control, this is more Communist than Socialist.
  15. Types of the Phoenix Program are being used by Communist groups in the United States of America. From free trade and employment—-to—-Societal Caste (placed in a conversion hold group)—-to—-Governmental control (social services, welfare, Government controlled Medical care) participating in personal ownership is limited, housing rules do not allow visitors in the Government dwellings, etc.

Old Myths

That the United States of America’s Government does not and has not participated in forms of Socialism or Communism. The U.S. Government, during the Vietnam War supported the CIA’s Phoenix Program.

Recommendations From Special Report: TMSC International®’s Longitudinal Research Study: From Capitalism to Socialism to Communism A Socialization Process 1984 – 2015 A.D. (31 years)

  1. That Vatican city in Rome have an “Information Seat” at the United Nations to report Investigations and Results of Human Rights violations and International Humanitarian Law violations all at one time to all Nations.
  2. That countries monitor economics and laws to increase awareness of movement from one social structure to another.
  3. That individuals become aware of the Vietnam Phoenix Program, how it is implemented and it’s effects. This will increase an understanding of true Communism.
  4. Groups like the Pulitzer Center, Human Rights Watch, and Amnesty International keep current records of declared Capitalist, Communist, and Socialist Countries.

The TMSC International® Acute Total Withdrawal System (ATWS) for Day and Residential Drug Treatment Programs is a longitudinal Research study from 2003 to 2014 A.D. developed for Religious organizations that qualify for United States of America’s Federal Grant monies to operate a Drug treatment and rehabilation program or center (Day and Residential).
The TMSC International® Acute Total Withdrawal System (ATWS) for Day and Residential Drug Treatment Programs is written by Tres Mali Scott, M.Ed., M.S., Ph.D. (ABD) (2003 -2014) and has the assistance of  Derek Henry Secondary Researcher and Grassroots Field Supervisor ATWS Drug Treatment Progam Longitudinal Research Study Program (2011 – 2014).

The Purpose of the Publication:

The purpose of this publication is to offer a guideline and supporting research to Religious organizations that qualify for United States of America Federal Grant  monies to operate a substance abus program (Drug and Alcohol) this is a Day and/or Residential Program.

Supporting Information:

Chemistry class is avaible at colleges throughout the world. Manufactured drugs can be made by almost anyone, and others grown in large fields as well as small house plants of substances that alter the mind, physicology, and brain.

Each day new chemical substances are produced and sold. Drug cartels are not the only people or organizatiosns making money from drug sales. Children sale their prescriptions to classmates and others produce drugs in their kitchens.

The new chemical substances can impact, alter, or destroy parts of the body and brain like other classified substances. Drugs that are natural can also contain chemicals that are used to grow them, pesticides and seriums.

Until a drug is identified, labeled, and catergorized, it may not even be illegal. And everything natural is not always healthy. There are some herbs that are considered “deadly”. If the drug is not yet identified ther is not research on the impact it has on the body, brain, or behavior.

In 1991 it was published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that in 1983 and 1987 the statistics on what Alcohol and Drugs were assoicated with included:

  • Up to 50% of Spousal Abuse (1983),
  • 50% of Traffic Fatalities (1987),
  • 49% of Murders (1987),
  • 68% of Manslaughters Charges (1987),
  • 69% of Drowings (1987),
  • 38% of Child Abuse (1987),
  • 52% of Rapes (1987),
  • 62% of Assaults (1987), and
  • 20-35% of Suicides (NIAAA Special Report to Congress 1983 and 1987).

The Purpose of the ATWS Longitudinal Research Study:

This is a longitudinal research study published by TMSC Consulting Services®, LLC, physically conducted by The International Library of Paranormal Psychology® and named by TMSC International®.

The ATWS longitudinal research study has developed The Acute Total Withdrawal System (ATWS) for Day and Residential Drug and Alochol Treatment Programs.

ATWS Longitudinal Research Study Time Period:

  • 2003 to 2014 A.D.

Subjects:

The subjects for the ATWS longitudinal research study include individuals and businesses in public areas of zip codes 90056,  90045, and surrounding areas in Los Angeles, California, United States of America.

Definition of ATWS Longitudinal Research Study Terms:

Day Treatment Program: A Drug Treatment Program where the client or patient does not live at the facility throughout the treatment period, but the treatment period may include a short-term residential stay.

Drug Abuser: An individual that uses substances that alter the mental, physical, and/or physiological processes in excess.

Drug Addict: The individuals physical and/or physiological body processes are dependent upon a substance, wether chemical or natural.

Drug Cartel: A criminal organization developed with the primary purpose of promoting and controlling drug trafficking operations (loosely managed agreements to formalized commercial enterprises).

Drug Users: An individual that aquires street drugs as medical use (self-medicating behavior verses a legal Doctor medicating behavior). This is usually a taught behavior from the first need of medical care.

Joined Group: The social group of memebers or individuals that are associated with one another, based on a “Group Level” view, with similarities and miminized differences. The “Group Level” similarities and differences list include:

  1. Race
  2. Sexual Orientation
  3. Marital Status
  4. Religious Preference
  5. Culture
  6. Ability/Disability
  7. Ethnicity
  8. Geographic Location
  9. Age
  10. Socioeconomic Status
  11. Gender

Longitudinal Research Study: A survey of correlational research that involves repeated observation of the same variables ove long periods of time (a decade or more), through observations (observational study).

Most: The ATWS longitudinal research study uses the term “most” meaning more than half of the described memebers or individuals.

Residential Program: The client, patient, or resident lives at the facility throughout the treatment period.

Social Group: The memebers or individuals that are gathered together and commune (eat and/or drink) together.

Method of the ATWS Longitudinal Research Study

Informed Consent:

The ATWS longitudinal research study is published by TMSC Sonsulting Services, LLC G.N.S. press # 4789, physically conducted by The International Library of Paranormal Psychology (G.N.S. press # 4789), and named by TMSC International Management and Leadership (G.N.S. press # 4789).

All observations were made in public areas in Los Angeles, California, United States of America, zip codes 90056, 90045, and surrounding areas. Individuals and businesses in the aforementioned geographic locations were informed that their behavior was being observed:

Type of Research:

The ATWS longitudinal research study is by a priviate Free/Independent Press and Media company (G.N.S. press # 4789) that is descriptive and qualitative.

ATWS Longitudinal Research Study’s Information Collection Process:

The information provided by the ATWS longitudinal research study was collected through observation, communication and attending community service provided activities:

  • Observation of Drug users, abusers, and addicts.
  • mimicking joined group memebers behaviors.
  • Joining social groups of drug users, abusers, and addicts.
  • Particapating in community social services activities that the joined group memebers requested and reminded others to attend.
  • Visiting the joined group memebers during holidays.

The Reporting of the ATWS Longitudinal Research Study’s Information Collection:

The information provided by the ATWS longitudinal research study is reported by descriptions of observations that are orgainzed by activity or subject. The information is reported in the ATWS longitudinal research study’s Results Section.

The Results of the ATWS Longitudinal Research Study

The results of the general observations from the ATWS longitudinal research study include:

  1. Most of the group disclosed childhood school diagnosis, childhood abuse, or childhood prison experiences.
  2. Most of the group read to at least the fourth grade level.
  3. Most of the group did not participate in any Church services or Mass held, but still obtained social services the Churches offered.
  4. Most of the group only socialized and went on activities with eachother.
  5. One third of the group did not use or abuse substances.
  6. All group members were employed between 2003 and 2007 A.D.
  7. Most of the group memebers that did not obtain employment experienced a deteration in appearence and hygeine.
  8. One third of the group recieved United States of America Government social services.
  9. Most of the group memebers expressed unaggated physicallyviolent outburst while using substances.
  10. All of the group memebers reported being physically assualted at least once between 2003 and 2014.

The ATWS Longitudinal Research Study also found common factors among Drug Users, Abusers, and Addicts:

  • Suicide due to hoplessness and lack of coping skills: “Suicide has been a centuries-old concern…There is but one truely serious philosophical problem, and that is suicide…with commentary (on addiction, Hollywood Careers, the dark side of comic genius, the stigma of illness…(LAtimes.com/calendar 8/18/2014
“What ending it all can mean”). Charles McNulty LA Times Theater Critic
  • Homicide due to stress, hopelessness and lack of coping skills. Drug use impairs emotional development and reduces the ability to communicate or interact effectly with the enviornment. Like other minority groups or subcultures, drug users, abusers, and addicts face a reduction in income, a lack of adequate employment, housing discrimination and other issues that can trigger mental health problems.
  • Reduced social and physical functioning. Drugs impact the physiological states of the body. Drug users, abusers, and addicts are at increased risk of: 1. Neurological damage- the impact of substances on the neurological system of the body. 2. Psychological damage-drug users, abusers, and addicts are at increased risk for abuse, physical and emotional states.
  • Drug users, abusers, or addicts do not recruit others to use substances (drugs or alcohol). The Drug Cartels appear to do the drug use recruiting. The ATWS longitudinal research study observed drug users, abusers, and addicts assisting in locating meals and independent living skills but not drug use.
  • Not everyone exposed to drug users, abusers, or addicts particapate in drug activity. The ATWS longitudinal research study observed the drug users, abusers, and addicts socializing, interacting, and supporting the community until their behavior deteroiated, but they did not recruit for drug use.

Old Myths About Drug Use, Abuse, and Addiction

  1. Drug users, abusers, and addicts are poor people. The ATWS longitudinal research study observed that most of the drug users, abusers, and addicts come from above “middle class”. Money buys drugs.
  2. Drug users, abusers, and addicts share drugs: The ATWS longitudinal research study observed that most of the drug users, abusers, and addicts did not share or disclose the type of drug they used. Even though they socialized as a group. Most of them would walk away for about 30 minutes and return high. The drug users, abusers, and addicts met during the day to socialize and most did not know where eachother slept or lived.

Immagrate Homeless Migration Behaviors:

Most of the group exhibited immagrate migration behaviors and some of the migrating immagrates were confused for drug users, abusers, or addicts by the community. Immagrate homeless migration behaviors include:

  • Outburst that prevented them from participating in normal community behaviors, examples: going to the store, sitting at local coffee shops and smokes shops, and eating inside a local resturant.
  • Most of the immagrates migrating were the community for three to six months as observed by the ATWS longitudinal researchers from 2003 to 2014.
  • The local businesses, stores, and resturants repeatly requested police and sherriff assistance to remove the individuals.

Recommendations From the ATWS Longitudinal Research Study 2003 to 2014 Results

The ATWS Longitudinal Research Study recommends that communities continue to provide meal services and clothing drives, as well as medical and clinic services.

These services, when provided, between 2003 to 2014, as observed by the ATWS researchers, reduced theft, assualts, and hospitalizations in the zip codes 90056, 90045, and surrounding areas in Los Angeles, California United States of America.

TMSC International® ‘s Acute Total Withdrawal System (ATWS) Longitudinal Research Study 2003 – 2014 for Day and Residential Drug Treatment Programs: The Main Focus of ATWS’s Treatment

The main focus of treatment for ATWS is on  behaviors that allow the individual to function in a community effectly and independently.

Three Views of Human Behavior:

The biological, intra-psychic and social/behavioral viewpoints of human behavior are focused on in ATWS treatment:

  • The individual’s biology is at a higher risk of being negatively effected and impaired by drug and substance use, abuse, or addiction through electrical, chemical, or physiological imbalances.
  • Intra-psychic implies the internal mental processes of an individual. It is measured by observations of what is said and done, standardized and normed testing, and statements that an individual makes about inner thoughts. Drug users, abusers, or addicts are at higher risk for physical and mental abuse. Evaluation of  intra-psychic mental processes should be an ongoing daily assessment.
  • The influence the social environment has on thoughts and behaviors is a social/behavioral viewpoint and is considered most during the treatment release planning.

Levels of Human Interations

To enter or re-enter into a community successfully, emphasis on a wholistic counseling treatment plan that includes the universal level, group level and individual level of understanding and development is used.

  • On the Universal level, as Homo Sapiens, common life experiences, biological & physical similarities, self-awareness, and ability to use symbols is learned.
  • On the Group level (a community is considered a form of a group), similarities and differences are exaimed. These factors should also be considered during the treatment release planning. 1. race, 2.sexual orientation, 3. martial status, 4. religious preference, 5. culture, 6. ability/disability, 7. ethnicity, 8. geographic location, 9. age, 10. socioeconomic status, 11. gender.
  • Uniqueness, the Individual level, is a counseling component. This includes  genetic endownment and non-shared experiences that are intra-psychic and are assessed by statments made about inner thoughts.

The Internal and The External

  • Nurturing is an Internal private and personal process, evaluated by warmth and availability of a care taker.
  • Socialization is External and evaluated by interactions with the outside world.

ATWS’s treatment includes development of individuals internally and social learning during treatment to improve socializtion with the outside world.

What ATWS is Treating

ATWS is treating 1. A Disturbed Energy Field, 2. Impaired Memory, & 3. Readiness for Enhanced Community Coping.

    1. A Disturbed Energy Field is a disruption of the flow of energy surrounding a person’s body or being, which results in a dis-harmony of the mind and/or spirit.

The Characteristics of a Disturbed Energy Field include: *temperature change (warmth/coldness), *visual change (image/color), *disruption of the field (vacant/hold/spike/bulge), *movement (wave/spike/tingling/dense/flowing), *sounds (tone/words). A Disturbed Energy Field is treated by Therapeutic Touch-*focuses awareness on inner-self, the intention to facilitate wholeness, and healing of all levels of consciousness. Meaning Childhood Experiences (appropriate effection, attention, respectful communication, abuse physical, mental or social), Adolencent Relationships (rape, satanic religious experiences or practices victim or perpatrator), Adult Relationships (abusive interactions with spouse, parents, children, co-workers). Many childhood coping skills are carried into adulthood and reduce personal and social functioning. Some of the reported hallunations, in some cultures are religious experiences.

    2. Impaired Memory is the inability to remember or recall bits of information or behavioral skills and may be attributed to pathophysiological or situational causes that are either temporary or permanent. The Characteristics of an Impaired Memory include: *the inability to recall factual information, *the inability to recall recent or past events, *the inability to learn or retain new skills or information, *the inability to determine whether a behavior was performed, observed or respond to observed or reported experiences of forgetting, * the inability to perform a previously learned skill, *forgets to perform a behavior at a scheduled time. The related factor of an Impaired Memory are: 1. fluide and electrolyte imbalance, 2. neurological disturbances, 3. excessive environmental disturbances, 4. anemia, 5. acute or chronic hypoxia, 6. decreased cardiac output. The cognitive orientation memory, neurological status, and consciousness are assessed (memory as evidenced by-recalls immedicate information accurately, recalls recent information accurately, recalls remote information accurately, demonstrates use of techniques to help with memory loss, state of the memory have improved. An Impaired Memory is treated through memory training (stimulate memory by repeating the expressed thought as appropriate, provide opportunity to use memory for recent events, such as questioning about a recent outing.
    3. Readiness for Enhanced Community Coping includes: a pattern of community activities for adaptation and problem solving that is satisfactory for meeting the community but that can also be improved for management of current and future problems and stressors. The characteristics of  effective cope for Readiness for Enhanced Community Coping include: *positive communication between community/aggregates and larger community, *availability of programs for recreation and relaxation, *sufficiency of resources for managing stressors, *agreement that community is responsible for stress management, *active planning by community for predicted stressors, *active problem solving by community when faced with issues, *positive communication among community members. The suggested outcomes for Readiness for Enhanced Community Coping include: 1. community competence & 2. community health status and are evidenced by: *prevalence of health promotion programs/health status of infants, children, adolescents, adults, & elders, *attendance of programs for healthy states. The community outcomes for Readiness for Enhanced Community Coping-develop enhanced coping strategies and maintain effective coping strategies for management of stress. Due to differences in communities, each treatment plan develops interventions for the individual to adjust to culture, brokeage, mutual goal setting, and support systems. This is evaluated by examining the community members previous method of dealing with life problems, and assistance of constructive problem solving in the community.

Societies around the world live by social class systems. The United States of America’s social class system is called a “socioeconomic social class system”. Many of the societies around the world are primarily a form of an “international caste system”. Each society defines the caste system differently, including:

A Legacy based caste system, a Parent based caste system, a Race based caste system and  a Societal based caste system.

  • A Legacy Caste is  historically a social system which communities are separated into hereditary groups (Family).
  • A Parent Caste is a social class system that is determined at birth, you are what your parents are. If your parents are educated , you are required to get educated, etc.
  • A Race Caste is when the social structure is divided by heredity (Racism).
  • A Societal Caste is a social system were the groups are assigned at birth and does not consider personality (this implies it does not depend on heredity).

The United States of America’s Socioeconomic Social Class System, simply, has three class systems that have there own subdivisions, Upper Class, Middle Class, and te Lower Class. The social structure is based on an individual’s own accomplishments. The United States of America’s childhood educational system is free and  this implies equal opportunity.

 Purpose of Publication

The purpose of this publication is to educate non-caste system based societies about this form of socialization and offer supporting information, results, and recommendations for immigrants from caste systems to better  fuse into the United States of America’s Socioeconomic Social Class System.

Supporting Information

International Social Caste Systems and the Socioeconomic Social Class System are external forces that support society. Socialization, external, is evaluated by interactions with the outside world.

Timely television News reports have documented the harassment the immigrants have experienced. Limited understanding and interpretation of English increases the emotional stress a “New American” may experience.

Educating immigrants on laws and customs of the United States of America may reduce the amount of reports on immigrant’s harassment.

Purpose of the Research

This is a Longitudinal Research Study, published by TMSC Consulting Services®, LLC , physically conducted by The International Library of Paranormal Psychology®, and named by TMSC International®.

This Longitudinal Research Study has developed Recommendations for immigrant fusion from a social caste system to the United States of America’s Socioeconomic Social Class System.

Research Time Period

The information (data) collected is reported in the Results and Recommendations sections of the TMSC International®’s Longitudinal Research Study: International Social Caste Systems and the United States of America’s Socioeconomic Social Class System 2003-2015 A.D.

Results

The results of the descriptions of social interaction during structured activities and served meals, communication on life history, conversations, oral assessments (reading, math, manners), structured interview questions through conversations/communication and all follow-ups include:

  • The United States of America holds some values of social caste systems with the socioeconomic social class system. The most common seen are Parent Caste (you are what your parents are) and Race Caste (divided by heredity). An Upper Class caste commonly used in the Socioeconomic Social Class System is the Legacy Caste, many organizations pass membership to future generations.
  • Social Class Systems are a living cultural system that influences and develops beliefs for:
  • Ethnic Heritage, Economic Standing, Educational Status, Social Valued, Cultural Values, Marriage, Economic Mobility, Social Mobility, Ownership, Geographic Location, Religion, and Social Interactions/Relationships with the general society.

  • Social Class Systems are reinforced through learning models. The field’s of Psychology and Education, in the United States of America, have studied and named many of them.
  • Socialization within a social caste or class system at the “Group Level” of similarities and differences include:
  • 1. Race, 2. Sexual Orientation, 3. Marital Status, 4. Religious Status, 5. Culture, 6. Ability/Disability, 7. Ethnicity, 8. Geographic Location, 9. Age, 10. Socioeconomic Status, 11. Gender. The social caste system “Societal Caste”, a group assignment at birth and not by personality, uses these factors,  in a  positive or negative group placement situation.

  • Body marking or decorations (tattoos/piercings) are used in Religion, occult, and to identify Tribes, as well as Gangs and Drug Cartels. This also includes jewellery, hair styles, head dresses (hats) and clothing (gender appropriateness).
  • The immigrant homeless migration behaviors appear as emotionally stressed responses (associated with lower caste behaviors) that are not taught by any social caste system.

The Immigrant Homeless Migration behaviors

The immigrant homeless migration behaviors include:

  1. Generally the immigrant was from a higher social class or caste than the observed joined group.
  2. The immigrant experiencing communication problems (interpretation and understanding English) appeared stressed.
  3. When the immigrant could  not interpret or understand, an emotional outburst occurred. Some could have or did become violent.
  4. Many of the behaviors caused the community and society to place them with drug users, abusers, and addicts, even when the immigrant was not associating with drugs or users, abusers, or addicts.
  5. Outburst prevented immigrants from participating in normal community behaviors, for example: going to the store, sitting in the local coffee or smoke shops, and eating inside the local restaurants.
  6. Most of the immigrants migrating were in a community for three to six months.
  7. The United States of America’s Socioeconomic Social Class System is based on single family dwellings. The immigrants appeared stressed due to isolation from extended family.
  8. The local businesses, stores, and restaurants repeatedly requested Police and Sheriff assistance to remove the individuals.

Recommendations from TMSC International®’s Longitudinal Research Study: International Social Caste Systems and the United States of America’s Socioeconomic Social Class System 2003-2015 A.D.

The following recommendations are taught through Social Caste Systems and the Socioeconomic Social Class System for caste and social class appropriate behaviors. This longitudinal research study recommends, based on information (data) collected from 2003 to 2015 A.D.:

  1. Responsible use of Education meaning, IQ, field, major, and race appropriate placement. Heritage, geographic location, and social interaction/relationships with a community or society are major factors in   motivation and encouragement of placements. For example, as a result of a history of slavery and Racial imbalance in the United States of America, there is a “Historically Black College or University (HBCU)” system to allow individuals to attend colleges and/or universities free from harassment and intimidation.
  2. Affective Interpersonal Education. This includes culture, values, economic status (ability to pay), geographic location (regional socialization), social & economic mobility, and educational status.
  3. Alternative Activities. Consideration of activities includes: family status (marriage, children & extended family care) and Religion.
  4. Affective Emotional Coping Education. This is to improve responses in: social interaction/relationships with the community or society, family status (marriage, children, & extended family care), ownership (emotional investment), cultural values (what is considered appropriate expression).
  5. Meeting the Social and Psychology Needs of individual members of social caste systems to fuse into the United States of America’s Socioeconomic Social Class System.
  6. Improve Poor Life Skills. These life skills are taught skills and should be appropriate to geographic location, lifestyle, family status (marriage, children, or extended family care), educational status, and cultural values. Not all individuals value the United States of America’s hopes, dreams, or goals.
  7. Continue offering Civil Citizenship Classes  for new immigrants that are remaining in the United States of America with classroom strategies focused on “effective fusion” into the United States of America’s Socioeconomic Social Class System.

What is “Music Piracy?”

Music piracy is the copying and distributing of copies of a piece of music for which the composer, recording artist, or copyright-holding record company did not give consent. It is a form of copyright infringement, which is a civil wrong and, under certain circumstances, even a crime in many countries. The late 20th and early 21st centuries saw much controversy about copyright piracy, regarding the ethics of the act redistributing media content, how much production and distribution companies in the media were losing, and the very scope of what ought to be considered “piracy”—and cases involving the piracy of music were among the most frequently discussed in the debate (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_music_piracy).

The Senates Response to Contaminated Food: A New FDA After 70 Years: Update from TMSC Security SVCS World Alert: TMSC International® Management & Leadership

TMSC International® Management & Leadership

Crisis Reporting by Tres Mali Scott on TMSC International® Management & Leadership

Update on the article from TMSC Security World AlertSunday, December 5, 2010

This article is endorsed by The Writings of African-Americans, Best Blogs 2010 by Blogged in Crisis Reporting by Tres Mali Scott, M.Ed., M.S., Ph.D. (ABD).
70 years since the last overhaul of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). A transformation from primarily responding to crises and reacting to outbreaks and recalls to a prevention watchdog. This is an effort to increase protection against contaminated food, including food that comes from abroad and other countries. Crisis reporting agencies have been reporting raw sewage being dumped next to growing vegetables and water contaminated with human waste. Some of this water may also be used in food packaging and production.

The Los Angeles Times Wednesday, December 1, 2010 article Senate OKs bill on food safety, states that this bipartisan effort gives the government new tools for protecting consumers against tainted fruits, vegetables, eggs and other foods.
This Senate response is timely considering the recent reports on foreign food production sanitation issues.

Update: Los Angeles Times Tuesday, November 27, 2012 Business Section B5
The Associated Press reports that The Food and Drug Administration cracked down on the largest organic peanut processor located in New Mexcio by the 2011 food safety law for salmonella poisoning. Now, “reasonable probability” of causing serious health problems or death can cause the suspention of a company’s registration. Before, the FDA would have to take them to court to stop the public health hazard.
