TMSC International® Management & Leadership: We Are Communicating In Conflict

Current research on professional communication and conflict offer a variety of theoretical models. Communication has many forms; written, spoken, and body language. If you are dealing with paranormal psychology, thoughts would also be considered a form of communication. Conflict is a struggle to resist or overcome; contest or opposing  forces or powers; strife; battle. Organizational behavior considers communication and conflict for management and employee interactions. Theory is developed by taking time to observe the common themes.

New companies and companies going through organizational change can use the question: If my company were a person two (2) years old and intentionally developing personality traits that are relatively stable over time, what traits as a company would I want to develop?” This question will help companies forecast factors that identify the types of assessments needed to produce outcomes that are high  performing and a value creating culture.
