Some professions require individuals to have at least one continuing education class each year.
Some companies have several training classes that are grouped together, for example: Orientation Training for employment. Most Company Orientation Training programs takes about six months (New Employees).
Great Management Tip: As a “Manager” offer a training for your employees that build their resumes. This allows, you as a Manager, to have a public speaking resume builder and the employees have valuable training that they can use for you, or take with them. Not all Employment is a “Career!”
